Finishing & Sizes
TRU-VUE FOLD is offered in standard door sizes, providing ease of specification for almost any project. Offered in three configurations with Mahogany Unfinished or Cladding Exterior and Mahogany Unfinished Interior; 8’, 12’ and 16’ sets which can be installed to open either left to right or right to left, to suit personal preference.
8' 0" x 8'0" Three Door Set
The 8ft door set comprises three doors, which all simultaneously fold open together. Simply unlock the set, open the internal drop bolts and the entire unit glides open with a gentle push. Additionally, the third door hinges open and closed for easy access and everyday use.
12'0" x 8'0" Four Door Set
The 12ft set has four doors. Three doors fold open together and one door is separately hinged to use as a daily access door. Both the access door and the three folding doors can be opened at the same time to achieve the widest possible opening. Simply open the access door, slide the internal drop bolts on the three folding doors and the set will glide open with a gentle push.
16'0" x 8'0" Five Door Set
The 16ft set has five doors which all simultaneously fold open together. Simply unlock the set, slide the internal drop bolts and the entire unit glides open with a gentle push. Additionally, the fifth door hinges open and closed for easy access and everyday use.
CLAD PRE-FINISHING
All TRU-VUE FOLD Aluminium Cladding is applied with PPG DURANAR® PVDF coatings (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), the most recognized architectural coating brand name which specifically meets the requirement of the AAMA 2605 specification (Voluntary Specification, Performance Requirements and Test Procedures for Superior Performing Organic Coatings on Aluminum Panels). This finish will provide resistance against color and gloss fade, environmental pollutants and UV exposure to give outstanding aesthetic performance. The product will also conform to AAMA 2605 benchmarks for corrosion resistance, mineral acid and mortar stain resistance, resistance to cracking, crazing, erosion, abrasion and impact.
