Installation
TRU-VUE FOLD door sets are fully machined and pre-sized to the required specification. The only machining required is to fit the door handles. The rest is simply assembling the folding/sliding doors and frames, which has been designed to be an extremely straight forward process. The track and aluminum sill are pre-fitted to the timber parts of the frame, meaning the folding/sliding door frame simply requires assembling using the 12 screws provided. All holes are either pre-drilled or clearly marked where the folding/sliding door hardware fits. All hardware required to secure the frame into the opening are provided, along with the screws for securing the folding/sliding door frame head jam into the header. It is recommended installation is undertaken by a professional trades person. Alternatively, an experienced and competent DIYer should be capable of fitting TRU-VUE FOLD door sets.
